and im also wondering what the difference is in the 6 in woofers as compared to a 6 1/2 midrange. does the woofer only produce the lower frequency end? theyll be going into my soundbar and im tryin to decide on mids woofers whatever

midrange, anywhere from 5khz to 800-1000hz

midbass, 800-1000hz down to 80hz or lower


some drivers will play from 5khz down to 80hz as well, just look at the freq response.
