Need new subs.

Well i got my license recently, and the car i bought used came with dual subs and a 300w rockford fosgate amp. I bought my own deck, so all i want is to replace the dual's and get myself a nice cheap amp.

I was wondering if i should go with:

JL W3's or P3's

My friends were telling me P3's or even just a set of nice alpines. Im new to the audio scene but i want myself some really nice subs. And an amp.

Any recommendations?

the fosgate p3 subs get loud but sound like garbage IMO, the JLw3 subs are great subs, also look at the Alpine Type R and Image Dynamics IDQ subs
