What's the best type of jig-saw blade to use for cutting 3/4" MDF?? Thanks!

if you wanna cut FAST, go with a blade made for plywood, if you wanna cut smoothly and precisely, go with a blade made for hardwoods, they will usually have a higher tooth count. Note: there really aren't very many blades made exclusively for MDF, so anything that says fiberboard or particle board should work fine, but no matter what you use, it's probably going to wear out quick.
