Step 2 : Amp, speakers, main power and test RCA input.

	*We've removed both RCA and* Remote turn on from the system and our noise went away, now we need to decide which it is.**
	Reconnect the remote turn on lead from the radio to the amp, removing the small jumper you used to trigger the amp in the last test. Just as you did before, press your thumb against the test RCA's center pin; did the noise return?
