Step 2 : Use test speaker.

	Here we are trying to isolate the amplifier from any effects caused by speaker wires being shorted to ground.
	Disconnect all speakers from amplifier and connect a test speaker in a way that no wires could possibly be touching anything other than what they are supposed to be. Now, with the test speaker in place, and the test RCA connected, press your thumb against the center pin of the test RCA, again, you will here a buzz, but you're looking for the engine noise beyond that, do you still have it?
