Step 3 : Short circuit somewhere.
	Step 3
	One of your speaker wires is shorted to ground.
	Using a volt-ohm meter, set it to measure resistance. Connect one probe to body ground, then probe each of the speaker wires one at a time. If you measure ANY continuity (connection) to ground, trace the wire that you're testing to the short and correct. You can also determine which set of wires are the problem by connecting one speaker to the amp at a time, and test each; the one that results in noise is shorted somewhere. After you've corrected the short, proceed to step 1 and retest with the speakers reconnected to the amplifier.
