But yea this would provide a little more power at 2 ohms. Since the dual 2 ohm version of the ID MAX is still full price, you wouldn't be able to run the dual 4 I linked at 1 ohm. Still a great sub woofer though.

This is the little brother to the amp I had for sale and it would push an IDMAX nicely.http://www.woofersetc.com/p-6859-fd-...amplifier.aspx Or you could go with a little more power and get the Nakamichi that I linked. Either way the IDMAX is an awesome sub woofer and it will sound great off of 600-800 watts RMS.

The IDMAX is regarded as one of the best SQL sub woofers that has ever been made.

hey guys, I havent posted here in a while, but I'm a little afraid the sa12s might be too much for my electrical system. Is anyone familiar with the sd2s from sundown audio? If they're comparable to the sa12s, then would getting two 12in sd2s at 4 ohms each with this amp seem like a good setup?
http://www.amazon.com/JX1000-1D-Audi...=1000w+rms+amp It'll give out 200w less than the other setup with the nakamichi amp, so that'll leave me with about 960w for other stuff in my car's electrical system. |

And you can get an amp for cheaper than that JL that will perform just as good.
