Need professional thoughts & opinions on which of these subs are the the best option?

I recently installed an entry level JBL subwoofer & 1500watt BOSS' AMP. I'm pleased with the system but honestly want to get a new 1 that's a ground shaker. I could use some help with making my decision on which of these 3 subs I should buy as I am not a full out professional at this automotive Audio equipment. I understand the basics but don't know how to interpret all the complicated stats given for subwoofers. So that's why I'm asking for some help or at least personal opinions on which of these subs are not only the best performing but the best performers for the price. Here are the links to the 3 different subs. Also based on what subwoofer any of you suggest, could you also recommend the best AMP, that is no more than $200 tops, to produce the most out of the sub you chose. You may notice that the subs are all priced under $200. My goal is to put together the greatest system I can spending no more than $400 MAX on the Sub & AMP together. Thanks for any thoughts & suggestions. Here are the 3 Subwoofers I'm interested in, their specs are right underneath their picture, just click on product info.

Thanks again for any help & suggestions

I personally like the Alphard/ Def Bonce Machete subwoofer.

Sundown is a good choice, if you go that option you will get a good quality sub as well.

Idk about any of the amps for under $200 but a close pic would be the Twisted Sounds 1000 watt mono block.

Some of the other members recomend Zapco brand entry level amps as good budget amps.

What JBL sub are you using now and what do you have for an enclosure?

That's an odd list. I'd take the Skar off and I'm not sure about that Machete sub.

I'd look at Incrimintor, DC Audio, Soundqubed, American Bass and the Sundown SA. Those are all available at the SSA Store. And I almost for the SSA Dcon, but you may want higher power handling. NVX also offers good subs for the money.

For the amp, look at the PPI Ice series amps, you can get ~650-1300wrms in the ~$150 range.

I don't know what your enclosure restrictions are, but two lower power subs will usually outperform a single more powerful sub most of the time. Ie, two Incriminator I subs would outperform most single 1kw subs. The downside is two subs take up twice the space of a single sub, but if you really want to maximize your bang for dollar, then I'd probably go with 2 Incrimintor 12i's on the 650w PPI amp.

Thanks for the suggestions I'll be sure to check those choices out. I could fit a dual 12" inclosure I have a 2003 Lincoln Town car so plenty of space.... I'm running a 1214 JBL subwoofer & it thumps pretty good, I actually thought about getting another one of those subs & just a larger amp to push them both thinking that would be more bang for my buck Cuz the Subwoofer is under $50 bucks. So if you think 2 entry level subs would sound just as loud if not louder than a higher class single 12" sub I'll probably go that direction & just get a new box & Amp.

Another JBL would be a cheaper route. The subs I listed are all a step above an entry level JBL, but JBL has been making good subs for years, so it just depends on how much of bump in performance you want. Adding another identical JBL sub will only add 3db, so don't expect a night and day difference. I suspect 6db+ would be attainable with the Incriminator 12i.
