8" mains for around $200
Looking for some 8" bookshelves or towers for music only.
These will only be used for music but all sorts of music. There will NOT be a sub attached to these and this is why i want 8's. Want them to be as loud and bassy as my sealed 8" acoustic research M2's from 1993. Will buy an amp to fit these so really any power requirement is fine. Any ideas guys? |

Martin Logan Electromotion ESLs have 8" woofers built in.
Amazing, accurate speakers. Did I mention they are amazing?  Edit: Whoops, neglected to see the $200 budget. The Martin Logans are definitely out. I would save up for them if you're wanting an amazing 2-channel setup. Last edited by MattJenkins; 06-12-2012 at 05:26 AM. |
