If the head unit is switching to the camera screen when you shift into reverse (even though there's no picture on the screen) it means the head unit settings are correct and you're connecting to the right wire.

Verify that the camera is plugged into the correct input jack at the back of the head unit.

Check the fuse in the fuse holder on the camera power wire.

Double-check the camera ground connection. It looks like your ground wire is going through some sort of splice or shrink-tubed connection--what's that? Does the white wire have a black stripe? You can use a multimeter to verify the power/ground connections--set the meter for DC volts, and connect the black probe to the camera ground wire and the red probe to the camera power wire, as close as possible to the camera itself. You should be getting close to 12 volts when you shift into reverse.
