Help with Boston Subs

I just picked up a pair of Boston Rally Series 12" subs used. Does anyone know the specs on these? I also got two new MTX 4000 12" subs i was going to put in my girlfriend's car.

But now im thinking, which sub should i put in my car? i'll be running them off a crappy Legacy 800 watt amp (what a poor man's set up!) I was thinking an SQL setup for my car, and a SQ setup for my girlfriend's car, what do you think? Any ideas would help, especially the specs on the boston subs.

Are you sure it's a Boston Rally sub? I looked on their website and they don't have any such model line of subs....

Yeah, thats what i thought, but i pulled this off of a site rkst.com:
"
Boston Rally Subwoofers
Boston Acoustics has developed a solid reputation for building clean, accurate, high-powered loudspeakers. Under this idea you would expect their subwoofers to be free-airs or sealed. While the ProSeries went that direction, the Rally's took a different approach. The Boston Rally models were designed to give high-impact, punching bass through the use of a band-pass enclosure. This equals out to more bass per watt you send to these subs.

Specifications: RS12 (.4 & .8) RS10 (.4 & .8) RS8 (.4 & .8)
Normal Size 12-inch 10-inch 8-inch
Peak Input Power 400 watts 350 watts 300 watts
Continuous Input Power 200 watts 175 watts 150 watts
Sensitivity (1 watt/.5 meter) 95 dB 94 dB 93 dB
Normal Impedance 4 and 8 ohms 4 and 8 ohms 4 and 8 ohms
Mounting Cutout Diameter 111/8" (282 mm) 9" (234 mm) 7" (183 mm)
Mounting Depth 5" (134 mm) 45/8" (117 mm) 3" (96 mm)
Resonant Frequency (Fs) 23.0/ 23.7 Hz 26.8/ 28.0 Hz 34.0/ 34.9 Hz
"

I got them in a Q-Logic bandpass dual sub enclosure that sounds like crap, and i can't calculate the port lengths to try and tune them, i bought them when i didn't know a damn about car audio, and i want to make the best of them.
Sorry this is so long.

The box i have now sounds ok at around 50 hz, but the stupid bandpass sounds too narrow, in that range it sounds ok, but has a lot of overhang, which is probably my amp... i think? This sucks! Should i just sell the damn things?
