Left over factory wire?

I'm buying a new head unit and component speakers all around w/ an amp powering them. My question is since im not using my factory wires w/ the internal amp from my cd player can i just reroute them and drill holes for 4 new tweeters? Also i like those pioneer motorized faceplates where the volume is at an angle and there is also a graphics display, any other cd players that you know of that would be as good or similar? well yes and no. See those tweeters want only high frequencies. And ur head unit puut out full range. Even if it has an external crossover it would still put out bass at high volumes. BUt i would also need to take that back. Cus i u get an good set of tweeters then it will come with a good crossover. And also why do u want more tweeters. I mean with a good set of compents it will be great. No need for extra.
