Good amp for 4 speakers

I recently bought four speakers all rated at 100w RMS @4 ohms. For an amp to power them, would you recommend a 2 channel at 200w x 2 @4 ohms, or 100w x 4 @4 ohms. Also, what brand/model amp would be best for sq?

you would want an amp that does 100 watts rms x 4.

100 watts RMS per speaker is quite a bit. You don't really need that much power for speakers. Get something by Pioneer. They make good quality amps for relatively cheap. For those 4 speakers though, you dont really need anything over 200 watts RMS for all of them.
