Hey, Im looking to put in some subs for my 98 explorer. Im not looking for anything that just shakes the car (or those around me), but something that has really good quality. I am a bass player, so i want to be able to hear the bass line pretty well. Also, im not made of money. It has been suggested i put in JL audio 12"W3's in a ported box with a JL 500/1 amp. I listen to mainly Dave Matthews and similar other rock, Jazz, trance/techno, and the occational hip-hop. If anyone can help, i would greatly appreciate it.
