What will fit?

I have a question... I have a 2004 4Runner without the premium 10 speaker audio system, if it makes any difference . I want to know what size speakers will fit in the stock places. Will 6.5's fit or do i need to get 5.25's? Any help would be much appreciated. And what's the story on the Diamond S600a's. I know they're good, but what in that price range is better?
