Testing a Factory Car Amp and Factory Sub

I have a factory car amp and factory sub in my SUV. Can someone tell
how to test both with a multimeter to see which one is not working. I
dont get any sound from the sub.

I would just try hooking a known working speaker up to the amp.
If the speaker plays, then the Amp is OK and the speaker is bad.

I tested the speaker with a multimeter and did not get any
continuity. I also tried 3 different subs and didnt get any sound.
Any other way to troubleshoot this further?

With a multimeter, you want to check the impedance of the speaker in
ohms. It will tell you if it's blown all the way, and it should be very
close to the rated impedance of the speaker. If there is no sound coming
out, one or the other is blown. Smell the speaker, and look for burns
and smoke smell. Push on the cone of the speaker gently, it should
move. If it is very hard or impossible to push, it's seized. If you
want to test the amp, you will need to unhook the lead wires going from
the amp to the speaker, and check the voltage coming out. If nothing
comes out of it, the amp is blown. You can check the speaker by putting
a nine volt battery across the terminal if the amp is blown.
