...This post is to all my friends here at WWW car audio forum. The finals went very smoothly, met alot of people, seen and listened to some of the best car audio systems in the world.

Some of the names and scores are not available due to inaudible PA and to all the loud cheering of the crowd. CONGRATULATIONS to all the winners ! These were some of the results:

dude do u know how mark ligget did at the world finals?
he does some work for me now and again and his Nissan Truck was 3rd in the world in 0-600 expert.

My buddy, Mark Ligget and I hung out at the finals. Mark placed 5th in SQ as well as SQ plus Expert category with a score of 342.5 and 465.9 respectively.

Shane Haynes of MTX took 4th this year in Expert 1 - 600 SQ and SQ plus category. His SQ plus score is 476.8

Mark Eldridge, defending Expert 601- up Champion, was beaten by John Pitts of TX. Pitts out-SPLed Eldridge by 4dB with 144.8
I didn't see Eldridge after the ceremonies but I heard he took the loss real hard.

But thats what competition is all about, you win some then someone else will try to beat you. Overall, the finals was alot of fun.

The crew from perennial champion Speakerworks in CA, did not place this year with their entries by Dave Baird with his white Chevy Suburban (winner of Best of Shows throughout CA) in Pro 301 -600 and Matt Hashimoto of Sacramento CA Amateur 1 - 150 with his red Camaro.

If you need some finals tidbits, please post and I'll try to get you some info.
