I hated being put in such a spot as to be a PITA. & for that I can't say I had a pleasant business experience. But its over now & I can put it all behind me.

I'm still holding out hope. But he hasn't got back to me in over a month & I've made many attempts to contact him.

I am straight out with people, you pay, I build, I photo log it and email the progress all the way thru, but I charge a hell of alot.

I've met him in person before and he is a legit dude. He does take longer than most people to get into contact with and I haven't seen him on any forum in a few weeks. I'm sure he'll be in touch with you.

A few weeks and a few months are a different story. It is his duty to let customers know if things are going to take a while or if he will be away so the customer does not think they got hosed.

I don't disagree with you at all on that. I was just letting the OP know that he does take longer than normal to answer back....but if all that the OP says is true (which I'm sure he doesn't have a reason to lie about) then it is disappointing.

Since it doesnt seem his nature. I'll just keep trying to contact him & hope its not a serious life issue. If this is so I'll retract any assumptions I've made.
